ChaCha Customer Service

ChaCha may be one of my favorite work at home jobs. I am a ChaCha Expeditor and I truly enjoy it.
ChaCha is a text service. You text a question or keyword to 242242 and a ChaCha Guide will send you back your answer. You can become a ChaCha Guide and use the internet to help people get the answers they need.
There are several different types of ChaCha Guides. You can be a Specialist, Generalist, Voice Transcriptionist, or an Expeditor. Each has different duties.
Being an Expeditor, I know the most about that Guide position. A ChaCha Expeditor takes the questions that have been texted in and clean them up then categorize them and send them to a Specialist or Generalist.
A ChaCha Expeditor makes less per question but we all make about the same per hour. I like seeing the crazy questions that come across and I enjoy the questions in which I learn something as well. Also, a ChaCha Expeditor gets to use a “Crystal Ball” to answer some questions which is also a lot of fun!
Become a part of the ChaCha team!
Apply at ChaCha It isn’t necessary but please add my email address, realityrain78@yahoo.com, as your referrer.
ATTENTION: ChaCha randomly opens hiring. If they are not hiring when you visit, keep checking back, they may even close for a week and open hiring again. My handle on ChaCha is realityrain so if you would like, you can add me as a friend or ask me any questions and I will try to help you.
Do you, or have you, worked for ChaCha? Would you like to share your experience? Submit an Article to The Frugal Home!
