My mom taught me this when she was in town one day. I fell in love and you can’t get much healthier than this veggie packed meal!
Frugal Tips for Shrimp Stir-Fry
Look for shrimp on sale. Our Walmart has been putting a bag on sale for $5 and I pick up quite a few packages at a time. I usually use a third to a half of a bag when using shrimp in a recipe.
*All of my recipes can be used with dairy or made into dairy free recipe versions. I have a milk allergy while my husband does not so I often try to make recipes in which substitions can be made either way. My shrimp stir fry recipes are also made to be as frugal as possible.
