Turkey Meatballs and Pasta

Mmmmm, meatballs. This is a great meatball recipe that is easy enough to make that it can be thrown together for a tasty lunch or dinner.
Frugal Tips for Turkey Meatballs and Pasta
While ground beef can be used for this recipe as well, ground turkey is much cheaper to purchase. Look for ground turkey on sale to really turn this into a frugal meal!
*All of my dinner recipes can be used with dairy or made into dairy free recipe versions. I have a milk allergy while my husband does not so I often try to make recipes in which substitions can be made either way. My dinner recipes are also made to be as frugal as possible.
Turkey Meatballs and Pasta
Gather It Up!
Meatball Ingredients
1/2 pound ground turkey
1/8 c finely chopped carrots
1/8 c finely chopped celery
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp gound cumin
1/4 c bread crumbs
Pasta Ingredients
1 cup prepared noodles
1/2 can red kidney beans
1/2 can creamed corn
1/2 can stewed tomatoes
Cook It Up!
Mix all the ingriedents together for the meatballs and form into balls. Fry in a small amount of oil. Throw everything else together.
Serve It Up!
Throw meatballs in with pasta mixture and serve with a salad or on its own.
