Monthly Meal Plan

month-of-meals-1It’s actually two months of meals but I was never very good at math!

Check out the links to some of the meals (more of the meals will become linked to their recipes over time). This meal plan can help you get through a month of meals, or more, without having to think of what you are going to have for dinner tonight. It is a great option for busy moms!

The month of meals 8 week calendar only shows lunches and dinners. Try the following meals for breakfasts and snacks. Try them all or keep having the same one over and over!

  1. Bacon samwidches. I love them. A good and cost effective start to the day is porridge, make it with milk and add in a dash of honey. Absolutely lovely.

  2. Wow, I had never previously heard of peanut butter and banana on an english muffin before! That sounds absolutely delicious (to say the least..). Do you have a general amount of banana that you put on? A few thin slices maybe? I could see that overwhelming the rest of the sandwich otherwise.

  3. The Frugal Home says:

Adam – I do put on a thin layer of banana and then just eat the rest but it is all about personal preference. I know I use a lot less peanut butter than my mom does who showed me the recipe!

  4. Wow its a grate list of monthly meal..Banana with peanut butter, chocolate syrup, and raisins looks so Delicious..i never know about this before now ill sure try this..

  5. I like the waffle house shout out! I have always been a big fan of PB and banana, but I haven’t tried it on an english muffin. Do you toast it?

  6. The Frugal Home says:

cheese popcorn – I do toast it! Mmmmm!

  7. Its very good information for the people because in a home it is tension that what food make in breakfast and lunch and dinner. So in a monthly meal plan a list is present and if you make food according to this planning so its make your life so simple and feel good without tension.
