Frugal Tips for Steak Focaccia Sandwich with Homemade Fries
Purchase steak on sale to make this more frugal. Even a cheap cut of steak will work if marinated and cooked fore a long time and you cannot get much more frugal than potatoes!
*All of my recipes can be used with dairy or made into dairy free recipe versions. I have a milk allergy while my husband does not so I often try to make recipes in which substitutions can be made either way. My recipes are also made to be as frugal as possible.

Gather It Up!
Cooked Steak – seasoned and marinated how you like it
Homemade or Store Bought Focaccia Bread
1 cup mayonaisse
1/4 cup brown mustard
Potatoes
Cook It Up!
Mix the mayonaisse and mustard together. Spread on bread. Add cooked steak to make a sandwich. I like to toast mine at this point, hubby likes to eat it untoasted.
Slice potatoes in circles about an 8th of an inch thick. Spray cookie sheet with oil. Lay potatoes on sheet in a single layer. Season and bake until desired crispness.
Serve It Up!
I will sometimes add sauted mushrooms and onions to mine.
