Weekly Meal Plan for February 20th to February 26th

I think I am done going back and forth from working for my parents, at least for quite awhile. I started the Couch to 5k plan last week and will be starting week 2 this week which, paired with my healthier eating plan, will hopefully mean I will start losing weight again! I’d sure love to wear a swim suit this summer!
We don’t have any plans this week. I couldn’t be happier since our schedule has been so hectic since, oh, I don’t know, Thanksgiving? I may even go on a bike ride this weekend!

Breakfast Recipes : Meal Replacement Shakes though some mornings I’ve been wanting an egg instead.
Frugal Lunches : For Hubby : OAMC Chicken and Rice, OAMC Chicken pot pie, Quesadilla, and BBQ Chicken Sandwich
For Me : Cabbage Soup, fish and veggie bake
Monday : Fish Tacos
Tuesday : Meatloaf, mashed cauliflower, green beans and a roll
Wednesday : Toasted Quinoa Salad with Scallops and Snow Peas
Thursday : Veggie Omelet and Toast
Friday : Hungarian Goulash
Saturday : Master Sauce Chicken, Basmati Rice with Veggies, broccoli
Sunday : Lentil Soup and a Salad
